I’ve spent nearly two decades working in corporate analytics, helping some of the world’s most sophisticated organizations understand their numbers and make smarter decisions.

I began my career as a financial analyst and eventually grew into leadership roles in enterprise analytics, most recently leading a marketing analytics team at Amazon Web Services, one of the core profit engines of Amazon’s global business. Over the years, I developed deep expertise in building reporting frameworks, identifying the metrics that actually drive growth, and helping organizations move from reactive reporting to proactive decision-making.

But my real calling emerged closer to home. Being married to an entrepreneur, I saw firsthand how passion is the heartbeat of a business, and how financial and operational metrics are often the missing link. Not because they aren’t important, but because they can often feel overwhelming, intimidating, or disconnected from the work people truly care about.
